MY PLATFORM

I am running for Loudoun County Treasurer as I am passionate about Financial Management and public service and I want to give back to the people of Loudoun – which has been my home for 20 Years. My parents were dedicated teachers and they are my role models in public service and my inspiration to serve our county.

I bring my educational background, proven track record in the private-sector along with my strong desire to take Loudoun to the next level. I have been in the private-sector for 30 years in building efficient financial management operations and implementing innovative solutions to support significant growth.

My strengths are building high caliber teams, leading performance improvement governance, cost management, designing exemplary customer service experiences using latest technologies and analysis. I have been recognized for being a change agent and for cross-functional collaboration.

I commit to serve Loudoun citizens with fairness, integrity and being a steward of their hard-earned tax dollars. I am a fiscal conservative who believes that your precious tax dollars should be spent and invested with fiscal prudence and in running an efficient and effective government that promotes innovation, prioritizes initiatives that aligns to our values and which brings the best value to the citizens.

Transparency

  • Will bring full transparency and common-sense communication on how your tax dollars are invested and their returns, quarterly.

  • Will prioritize investing that will impact our communities.  

  • Secure investments that aligns with our values and vision.

Innovation

  • Bring best-in-class customer experience by deploying current cutting edge technologies.

  • Committed to continuous improvement for efficient operations including multi-lingual support.

  • Act as an advisor to Board of Supervisors in designing innovative initiatives on public policies.

Accountability

  • Will deploy variety of strategies to get the highest returns with safe investments in accordance with local and state laws.

  • Promote  public outreach via town halls to communicate about county finances.

  • Will advocate for a dedicated function for performance management of key government functions to help better governance.
